These transformation projects included integrated systems changes requiring supporting the team to develop the strategy, align the organization, engage the employees to build new systems and processes, develop and deliver a range of training across all levels of the organization beginning with the senior leadership teams, and lead the communications process and messaging.   The results were overall enhanced performance in all major organization systems.
