Group Facilitation / Strategic Planning

As a GE Crotonville instructor I taught many individuals and groups facilitation skills.  I have organized and led numerous group sessions. As a master facilitator my skills have developed and grown with the addition of the McNellis Compression Planning® tools. 

Using a variety of tools including Compression Planning® I work with organizations and teams to tackle high stakes issues, critical to the organization. These complex issues are often high stakes and emotionally charged requiring a strong process to work through solutions that are broadly supported.

Compression Planning® is a guided process requiring thoughtful preparation.  It is the best tool I have found to help groups productively tackle complex issues with powerful group participation and input. Learning this guided process from Patrick has taken my facilitation skills to a new level.   

I provide guided support for group Strategic Planning and implementation.
